Basic Mappings Engine for Intrinsic VB6 Libraries

VBUC contains a mechanism that allows the conversion of VB6 intrinsic library elements to .NET native libraries. This feature supports the following VB6 libraries:

  • VB
  • VBA
  • VBRUN
  • StdOle
  • MSComCtlLib

VBUC introduced the ability to map any other library to .NET native ones. For more information see the “Extensibility Model” and “Optional Third-Party Library Mappings” sections below.
